How to Use the Projects Feature

The Projects feature is here to help you keep everything organized by grouping your conversations by topic or client. Each project works as its own dedicated workspace with a separate chat history and search, making it easier to stay focused and find what you need quickly.


Creating Your First Project

Follow these simple steps to get started:

  1. Navigate to Your Projects: In your chat history section, click on the All Projects button.


  2. Create a New Project: Select New from the drop-down menu that appears.


  3. Name and Describe Your Project: Give your project a clear Name (e.g., "Q4 Marketing Campaign") and add a Description to keep track of your work.



Customizing Your Project

When creating a project, you have powerful options to streamline your workflow:

  • Set a Default Assistant: You can set a default assistant for the project. This is useful if a project is dedicated to a specific type of work, ensuring the correct AI model is always ready.


  • Link an AI Yourself Knowledge Base: For AI Yourself customers, you can link your custom knowledge base directly to a project. This ensures that all chats within that project automatically have access to your proprietary data, making the AI's responses even more tailored and accurate.
