How to Upload Documents to CoreBrain AI
A great answer often depends on great context. To give you the most accurate, relevant, and personalized responses, an AI needs to understand your world.
You can move beyond simple text prompts and bring your documents directly into the conversation. Analyze reports, summarize articles, debug code, and more by using the + File button in your chat box.
How to Attach a File
We've made the process intuitive and seamless, integrating it directly into your workflow:
Click the + File Button: In the chat input area where you type, look to the left side and click the + File button to begin.
Choose Your File: Your computer’s file browser will pop up. Navigate to and select the document or file you wish to upload. (See supported file types below).
Add Your Prompt: The selected file will appear in the chat box. Now, simply type your request related to the document. For example, "Summarize the key findings from this report," or "What are the main arguments in this essay?"
Send and Analyze: Hit send! CoreBrain AI will process both the file and your prompt to give you a comprehensive answer.
Directly Supported File Formats
To get the most reliable results, please upload your files in one of the following formats:
Excel (.xlsx): Best for analyzing data sets, financial models, and spreadsheets directly.
PDF (.pdf): Ideal for business reports, legal contracts, and presentations.
Word Document (.docx): Suited for text-based content like proposals and meeting minutes.
PNG/JPEG (.png, .jpg): Best for charts, infographics, and screenshots of visual data.
Plain Text (.txt): Use for raw data or unformatted text.
Pro-Tip: Handling Presentations (.pptx)
While most common business files are now supported, if you are working with a large presentation, converting it to a PDF first is still the most effective way to ensure the AI reads every slide in the correct order.
